1. Services

Virtue Systems, LLC (“we,” “us”) provides reputation management, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, marketing automation, website design, and IT support services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are defined in a written service agreement provided before work begins.

2. Month-to-month terms & cancellation

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, services are billed monthly and you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. There are no early-termination fees. Work already delivered and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.

3. Our 30-day make-it-right guarantee

If we fail to deliver the work promised in your agreement during the first 30 days of a new engagement, tell us in writing and we will correct it at no charge - or, if we can’t, refund that month’s service fee. The guarantee covers our deliverables; it does not guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or revenue outcomes.

4. No guaranteed rankings or outcomes

Search engines and review platforms are operated by third parties whose algorithms we do not control. We commit to documented, policy-compliant work and transparent reporting - not to specific positions, review volumes, or income results. Any timelines we share are good-faith estimates.

5. Your ownership

You own your website content, domain name, Google Business Profile, reviews, and business data. Accounts are registered to you wherever the platform allows. On cancellation, we provide reasonable cooperation to hand everything over.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback/approvals
• Maintain ownership access to your own accounts
• Use our automations only for consent-based messaging; you are responsible for honoring opt-outs in your own systems

7. Acceptable use

We do not create fake reviews, engage in review gating, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use tactics that violate platform policies or law. We may decline or end engagements that require such tactics.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Blue Earth County, Minnesota, after a good-faith attempt to resolve things directly first - that’s how we prefer to work anyway.
