How Virtue Systems collects, uses, and protects your information — including SMS consent and your privacy rights.

1. What we collect

When you contact us or request an audit, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. When you browse this site, we may collect standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location) through privacy-conscious analytics.

We never sell your personal information. We don’t share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email and hosting providers), and only under confidentiality obligations.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us - for example by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form - we use your number only to communicate about your request and services. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties for their marketing.

4. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

5. Data security & retention

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and the same security practices we sell to our IT clients. We keep contact records only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing support@virtuesystems.net. Minnesota residents and visitors from states with privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA) may exercise applicable rights through the same address; we honor them for everyone as a matter of policy.

7. Third-party platforms

Our work involves platforms we don’t control (Google, review sites, directories). Their own privacy policies apply to data you share with them.
